2. So how do you know if you are sleep deprived? If it takes five alarms to get you up in the morning, or if your falling asleep in class and drooling on your desk, chances are your not getting enough shut-eye.
2. If your sleep ing in class or in work it means that you are not sleeping enough or your not sleeping at all. and if it take a while for you to get up you are probably sleep deprived and need to sleep.
